• Start the treadmill at 3 MPH with no one standing on the walking pad.
• Observe the belt direction:
-If it shifts to the left, use a L spanner to:
Turn the left screw clockwise, or turn the right screw counterclockwise.
-If it shifts to the right, use a L spanner to:
Turn the right screw clockwise, or turn the left screw counterclockwise.
★ Important:
Turn the screw only 1/4 turn at a time. After each adjustment, let the treadmill run for 1 minute to see if the belt centers itself. If the belt is still off-center, you may repeat the process as needed.

• Issue Description: E08 means overheat protection is activated.
• Adjustment Instructions: Turn off the machine and wait for 20–30 minutes to allow it to cool down before turning it on again. If the issue occurs repeatedly, please contact after-sales customer service. Additionally, you may apply 2–3 drops of lubricant between the belt and the treadmill board to reduce friction and help maintain optimal performance.

• Issue Description: This issue is usually related to the belt tension. To check the belt tension, make sure the machine is turned off, then use one hand to gently push the belt in its running direction. If it moves smoothly with light pressure, the tension is properly adjusted.
• Adjustment Instructions:
Slipping – Belt Too Loose:
Use the L spanner to turn the rear-end adjustment bolts counterclockwise 1–3 full turns on both sides to tighten the belt.
Jerking – Belt Too Tight:
Use the L spanner to turn the rear-end adjustment bolts clockwise 1–3 full turns on both sides to loosen the belt.
★ Important:
Make sure to turn the screws on both sides equally to maintain balance. Uneven adjustment may cause the belt to shift off-center.

• Issue Description: When the power is connected and the red power switch is turned on, the screen lights up normally and no error codes are displayed. If the blue light on the remote control flashes when a button is pressed, it means both the machine and the remote are functioning individually. However, if the walking pad still doesn't start, it’s likely due to a failed pairing between the remote and the machine during production.
• Solution:
-Plug in the power and turn on the machine.
-Point the remote at the machine and press and hold the “M” button for 10 seconds.
-When you hear a “beep-beep” sound, pairing is successful, and the remote should now control the walking pad.
If Pairing Fails:
Download the “Besyfit” app and try connecting the walking pad via Bluetooth. If the app connects and controls the device successfully, the remote may be defective.
In this case, please contact after-sales support to request a replacement remote.
